Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Housekeeping Specialist located on-site at Rustic Villa in Kasauli. The Housekeeping Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of guest rooms and public areas. Day-to-day tasks will include making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, and laundry. The role also involves restocking amenities, reporting maintenance issues, and ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standard of cleanliness. The Housekeeping Specialist will also be expected to provide excellent customer service, assist guests with their needs, and work collaboratively with other team members.

• Laundry and Housekeeping skills
• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
