• Room Cleaning: Clean and tidy guest rooms and bathrooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and cleaning fixtures.
• Linen and Supplies: Change bed linens and towels, and restock consumable items like toiletries and paper products.
• Maintenance & Safety: Identify and report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damages to the supervisor or management.
• Sanitation: Maintain a healthy and safe environment by following proper cleaning and disinfecting procedures.
• Inventory Management: Keep housekeeping carts organized and stocked with necessary cleaning products and supplies.
• Guest Interaction: Respond to guest requests and questions in a courteous and professional manner.
• Public Area Cleaning: Assist with cleaning common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and lounges as needed.
