Resort operation Manager

oversees daily resort functions to ensure guest satisfaction, efficient operations, and profitability by managing staff, budgets, and departments like housekeeping and food & beverage. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, staff training and motivation, quality assurance, vendor relations, and ensuring compliance with regulations and high service standards. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, financial acumen, and a customer-centric approach are essential skills for this role.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
