Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Housekeeping Room Attendant at Monotel Luxury Business Hotel in Kolkata. The Housekeeping Room Attendant will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, handling laundry services, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. Daily tasks include cleaning rooms, replenishing supplies, reporting any damages or maintenance issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction through courteous communication and efficient service.

Qualifications
