Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mussoorie, India. The Housekeeping role involves daily tasks such as cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas, changing bed linens, managing laundry duties, and ensuring a high standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel. The Housekeeper will interact with guests to address and resolve any concerns related to the cleanliness of their rooms. This role also includes responsibilities in training new housekeeping staff when necessary.

Qualifications

Experience in Housekeeping and Laundry
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
Ability to train and mentor new staff members
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Proven ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
