Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Manager (HOD) at Fortune Park Hotels Ltd. located in Amritsar. The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations, which include supervising staff, managing laundry operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and sanitization, and maintaining inventory. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction, handling customer service inquiries, and implementing hiring and training practices for housekeeping staff.

• Experience with Laundry operations management
• Strong Customer Service skills and Communication abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is a plus
