Housekeeping Cum Watchman

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and responsible individual to manage housekeeping and watchman duties at our office. The candidate will ensure the cleanliness, safety, and security of the premises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises including floors, toilets, and common areas
• Perform routine cleaning tasks like sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal
• Monitor office entrances and premises to prevent unauthorized access
• Keep a vigilant watch to safeguard office assets and property
• Report any security or maintenance issues to the management promptly
• Assist with minor maintenance tasks as needed
• Attend to any other related duties assigned by the management

Requirements:

• Prior experience in housekeeping and/or watchman roles preferred
• Honest, punctual, and trustworthy
• Physically fit to perform cleaning and security tasks
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kattupakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Secondary(10th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• Housekeeping: 10 years (Required)

Language:

• English (Preferred)
