Job Title: Housekeeping cum Office Assistant Location: Thirumudivakkam Department: Administration Reports To : Office Admin / HR Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Housekeeping cum Office Assistant to maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the office premises while also providing basic office support. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of multitasking effectively. Key Responsibilities: Housekeeping Duties: Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the office area, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and washrooms. Regularly dust and clean surfaces, windows, and furniture. Dispose of trash and maintain a clean and hygienic environment. Replenish pantry supplies and ensure the kitchen area is well-maintained. Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to the supervisor. Office Assistance Duties: Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors as required. Assist in receiving and distributing incoming documents and packages. Support in setting up meeting rooms, including arranging chairs and necessary materials. Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor or management. Skills: Prior experience in housekeeping or office assistance is an advantage. Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards. Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions.
