Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and responsible Housekeeping Boy to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of the office premises. The role involves maintaining a clean, safe, and pleasant work environment while supporting pantry and office-related requirements. Key Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all office areas, including workstations, meeting rooms, washrooms, pantry, and reception. Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces regularly. Ensure washrooms are cleaned, sanitized, and adequately stocked with toiletries at all times. Assist in pantry duties such as serving water, tea, coffee, and refreshments during meetings. Handle cleaning supplies, equipment, and ensure timely refilling and proper storage. Support office staff with small errands such as document/courier handling, shifting light materials, etc. Ensure garbage disposal and waste segregation is done daily. Report any repair, maintenance, or facility-related issues to the Admin team immediately. Follow company’s safety, hygiene, and grooming standards at all times. Requirements: Prior experience in housekeeping/office boy role preferred (not mandatory). Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and housekeeping methods. Good personal hygiene, grooming, and discipline. Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time. Punctual, reliable, and cooperative attitude.
