Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesClean and sanitize rooms, hallways, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas Make beds, change linens, and replace towels as required Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish surfaces and floors Replenish supplies such as toiletries, cleaning materials, and linens Empty trash and dispose of waste properly Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items Follow cleaning schedules and company standards Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations Respect privacy and confidentiality at all times Qualifications & SkillsPrevious housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (but not always required) Knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and techniques Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Attention to detail and high cleanliness standards Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and walk for extended periods Good communication skills Work ConditionsMay require weekends, holidays, or shift work Physically demanding role involving repetitive tasks Exposure to cleaning chemicals and equipment Education
