Role Description

This full-time on-site role, based in Chennai, requires a Housekeeping Associate to ensure cleanliness and maintain high standards in hotel premises. Daily responsibilities include cleaning and arranging guest rooms, replenishing supplies, ensuring laundry operations, and maintaining public spaces. The role also involves communicating with guests and addressing any housekeeping requests to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the hotel's reputation for excellence.

Qualifications

• Skills in Laundry operations and housekeeping tasks to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for efficient interaction with guests and team members
• Organization Skills to manage time effectively and complete assigned tasks promptly
• Experience in Training and guiding new staff on housekeeping procedures and standards is an advantage
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards maintaining high-quality service standards
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
