Housekeeping Associate

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across guest rooms and public areas of the hotel. The ideal candidate will ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for our guests by delivering high standards of cleanliness and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and balconies as per hotel standard
• Change bed linen, replace towels, and restock room amenities
• Clean public areas such as corridors, lobbies, restrooms, and service areas
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the supervisor
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation procedures at all times
• Handle guest requests and complaints politely and promptly
• Maintain housekeeping equipment and cleaning supplies properly
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and hygiene standards.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior housekeeping experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is an advantage
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Physically fit to perform cleaning duties
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and time management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
