Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Housekeeping Associate. The Housekeeping Associate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and public areas. Day-to-day tasks include making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming floors, replenishing linens and toiletries, and handling laundry. The role also involves responding to guest requests and ensuring high levels of customer service.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Laundry operations and procedures
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Strong Organizational Skills
• Experience in Training and mentoring staff
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous housekeeping experience is a plus
