Housekeeping Associate

Job Summary:

The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas. This role ensures a clean, sanitary, and comfortable environment for guests, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust assigned areas.
• Empty trash containers and dispose of waste properly.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Handle and store cleaning products and equipment safely.
• Adhere to company hygiene and safety policies at all times.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure satisfaction.
• Follow standard operating procedures and daily cleaning checklists.
• Assist with laundry operations as needed (optional based on employer).

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not always required).
• Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good physical condition; ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform repetitive tasks.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
