Job Role: Housekeeping Associate Duration: Full-Time Location: Department: Operations Experience: 0-2 Years in Hospitality Job Brief: The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a pleasant experience for hotel guests. This role involves adhering to cleanliness standards and responding to guest needs. Job Responsibilities: ● Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds and replenishing supplies ● Ensure rooms meet cleanliness standards for guest check-in ● Maintain the cleanliness of public areas, such as lobbies and restrooms ● Report maintenance and safety issues promptly ● Manage cleaning supplies and raise requisitions as needed ● Respond to guest requests courteously and professionally ● Follow health and safety regulations and sanitation policies ● Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) ● Coordinate with Front Desk and Kitchen departments as required ● Set up guest rooms according to company SOPs Qualifications: ● Minimum 10th grade pass. ● Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. ● Good communication and customer service skills. ● Physical stamina to perform clean
