Key Responsibilities : Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing common areas, corridors, and rooms Clean and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens; restock consumables (toiletries, paper products, soap dispensers) Change bed linens and towels in guest or resident rooms, assist with laundry tasks as needed. Empty trash/recycling bins and manage waste disposal following health and safety standards. Monitor and report maintenance issues (damage, broken equipment, guest requests) to supervisor promptly. Use, clean, and store cleaning equipment and supplies responsibly workforce. Occasionally assist with deep cleaning, inventory checks, and preparing spaces for special events or seasonal activities. Required: Prior experience in housekeeping, janitorial work, or custodial services preferred talently High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift up to 25–30 lbs, stand, kneel, or bend for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a small team Good communication and customer service skills Performance Standards : Complete assigned daily cleaning duties within allocated shift hours without compromising quality Maintain consistent cleanliness levels as verified by regular inspections Promptly identify and report maintenance or supply issues to management Display professionalism and a positive attitude when interacting with residents, guests, or team members Contact Person : Arun HR (7395997274).
