We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 4 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
Roles and Responsibility
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guests' requests and resolving issues professionally.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential maintenance or repair needs.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements
Proven experience as a Housekeeper in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar establishment.
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and supplies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications is an asset.
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
