Housekeeper

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities according to established standards.
• Conduct floor care including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
• Manage laundry services for linens and towels, ensuring cleanliness and timely availability.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned by housekeeping management.
• Uphold high standards of hospitality by providing excellent service to guests during interactions.

Experience

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred, with a focus on hotel or hospitality settings being advantageous.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning methods and equipment is a plus.
• Experience in floor care techniques and janitorial practices will be beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
