Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Executive to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and aesthetic standards across all areas of the club. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a pleasant and hygienic environment for guests and staff alike, contributing directly to the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness across guest areas, restrooms, lounges, and back-of-house spaces.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Ensure guest rooms (if applicable) and club areas are cleaned and reset to standard promptly and thoroughly.
• Manage laundry services, including collecting, washing, drying, and organizing linens and uniforms.
• Replenish supplies such as toiletries, towels, cleaning materials, and other essentials.
• Report maintenance issues or damage promptly to the supervisor or maintenance team.
• Follow health and safety guidelines strictly, including use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Assist in deep cleaning and special projects as scheduled.
• Support smooth operations during events and high-traffic periods by maintaining cleanliness and readiness.
• Work collaboratively with the hospitality team to deliver a premium experience for guests.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 10th pass or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in the hospitality, club, or hotel industry.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and hygiene standards.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of cleanliness.
• Basic communication skills in English or Hindi.
• Team player with a positive and professional attitude.
• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

• Day Shift (Preferred)
• Night Shift (Preferred)
