Designation - Office boy/Housekeeping

Job Purpose:

To ensure the office is clean, organized, and that day-to-day support tasks are carried out efficiently to help staff function smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve tea/coffee and water to staff and visitors as required.
• Maintain cleanliness of the office premises, including desks, meeting rooms, pantry etc.
• Handle daily dusting, sweeping, and mopping of all office areas.
• Ensure the availability of pantry and hygiene supplies (tea, coffee, sugar, tissues, sanitizer, etc.).
• Run office errands such as going to the bank, post office, or other external visits as directed.
• Handle photocopying, filing, and other basic administrative support tasks.
• Assist with shifting office materials or setting up rooms for meetings.
• Collect and distribute mail or packages within the office.
• Support staff with minor tasks as needed.
• Should have own 2 wheeler

Key Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th pass preferred
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (preferred)
• Skills: Punctual and reliable
• Basic understanding of hygiene and office etiquette
• Ability to follow instructions and multitask
• Courteous and presentable
