Role Overview We are hiring a Junior Architect (Fresher) to support our architectural design and project teams. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in real estate project planning, design execution, and municipal compliance processes under expert guidance. Key Responsibilities Assist in creating conceptual layouts, working drawings, and sanction plans. Work on landscape designs, elevations, 3D views, and presentation materials. Coordinate with senior architects and project teams on design execution. Participate in site visits for layout checks and project documentation. Support in preparing documentation as per PDCR and other local regulations. Ensure quality and accuracy in all design-related tasks. Required Qualifications B. Arch from a recognized university (2023 or 2024 pass-out preferred). Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Revit, Photoshop & MS Office. Good design sense, attention to detail, and a learning mindset. Strong communication and coordination skills. Familiarity with PDCR rules and real estate processes in PCMC / PMC / PMRDA . Skills in 3D rendering , walkthrough creation , and architectural detailing . What we offer Work exposure on real-time real estate projects across Pune.
