responsible for maintaining upkeep of all areas of the hotel including guest rooms and ensuring timely cleaning and service for check in of guests.
Responsibilities:
Supervision & Guidance:Oversee and coordinate the activities of the housekeeping team.Assign cleaning tasks and areas to staff, monitoring their performance.Provide training and support to housekeeping staff.Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met.Operational Efficiency:Manage and schedule staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage.Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed.Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs and guest requests.Guest Satisfaction:Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping.Ensure a high standard of cleanliness and presentation throughout the property.Administrative Tasks:Prepare reports on departmental activities and progress.Maintain records of cleaning schedules and inventory.
