Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a House Keeping Executive (Health Care) located in Koch Bihar. The primary responsibilities include managing daily housekeeping operations to maintain cleanliness, overseeing laundry services, ensuring that hygiene standards are met, and providing high-quality service to all stakeholders. Additional duties include addressing and resolving customer concerns, training housekeeping staff, and communicating with team members to ensure smooth operational efficiency.

• Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication
• Experience with training housekeeping staff or team members
• Good attention to detail and ability to maintain hygiene/sanitation standards
