Hotel Captain Waiter for Mayurbhanj Kitchen.Com (Family Restaurant ) (Job Location - Near Dargadohi Golei Baripada , Mayurbhanj, Orissa ) Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures. Monitor inventory levels and manage supplies efficiently. Customer Service: Uphold high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction. Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Continuously seek ways to enhance the overall dining experience. Quality Control: Ensure the consistency and quality of food and service. Conduct regular inspections and evaluations to maintain high standards. Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and refine menu items. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role. Strong leadership and communication skills. Exceptional customer service orientation. Solid understanding of restaurant operations and financial management. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions. Knowledge of industry trends and a passion for the culinary arts.
