1. Job Summary The Pantry Girl is responsible for maintaining pantry hygiene and providing tea, coffee, water, and light refreshments to staff and visitors in a professional and timely manner. The role ensures cleanliness, service quality, and adherence to hygiene standards. 2. Roles & Responsibilities Pantry Operations Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and beverages to employees and guests. Serve refreshments during meetings as required. Refill water dispensers and maintain availability of pantry items. Cleanliness & Hygiene Maintain cleanliness of pantry area, utensils, and equipment. Wash cups, glasses, plates, and pantry tools regularly. Ensure dust-free and hygienic pantry surroundings at all times. Stock Handling Monitor pantry consumables such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, cups, tissues, etc. Inform supervisor for replenishment of pantry items. Proper usage of materials to avoid wastage. Compliance & Safety Follow hygiene, safety, and company guidelines. Wear prescribed uniform and maintain personal hygiene. Handle hot liquids carefully to prevent accidents. Support Duties Assist housekeeping staff when required. Attend additional duties assigned by facility management. 3. Skills & Requirements Basic knowledge of pantry operations. Polite, well-mannered, and service-oriented attitude. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Physically fit for routine duties. 4. Qualification & Experience No formal education required (basic literacy preferred). Experience in pantry/housekeeping preferred but not mandatory. 5. Working Hours As per site requirement (shift-based if applicable). 6. Code of Conduct Maintain professional behaviour with staff and visitors. Confidentiality and discipline to be strictly followed.
