Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Reservation Agent, located in Mumbai. The Hotel Reservation Agent will be responsible for managing phone and online reservations, providing excellent customer service, handling receptionist duties, and maintaining effective communication with guests. Their day-to-day tasks will include answering inquiries, processing bookings, and assisting guests with any reservations-related needs.

Qualifications

• Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Experience in handling Reservations and Customer Service
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or related field is beneficial
