Job Title: Hotel Receptionist Location: The Revett, Darjeeling Job Type: Full-Time / Contractual / Internship Salary Range: β‚Ή7000 - β‚Ή15000 (based on experience) About us:- The Revett is a boutique luxury hotel in Darjeeling, renowned for delivering exceptional guest experiences with a personal touch. We are looking for a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our growing team. Responsibilities:- βœ“ Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out procedures. βœ“ Handle phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries with courtesy and efficiency. βœ“ Maintain daily records and prepare Excel reports accurately. βœ“ Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless guest service. βœ“ Uphold a warm and welcoming atmosphere at the front desk at all times. Requirements:- βœ“ Prior experience in a hotel or hospitality role is preferred. βœ“ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. βœ“ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. βœ“ Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail. βœ“ A positive attitude and a passion for customer service. βœ“ HR experience and skills to manage operating team, training and hiring new staff.
