Job Title: Hotel Receptionist Location: The Revett, Darjeeling Job Type: Full-Time / Contractual / Internship Salary Range: ₹7000 - ₹15000 (based on experience) About us:- The Revett is a boutique luxury hotel in Darjeeling, renowned for delivering exceptional guest experiences with a personal touch. We are looking for a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our growing team. Responsibilities:- ✓ Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out procedures. ✓ Handle phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries with courtesy and efficiency. ✓ Maintain daily records and prepare Excel reports accurately. ✓ Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless guest service. ✓ Uphold a warm and welcoming atmosphere at the front desk at all times. Requirements:- ✓ Prior experience in a hotel or hospitality role is preferred. ✓ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ✓ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. ✓ Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail. ✓ A positive attitude and a passion for customer service. ✓ HR experience and skills to manage operating team, training and hiring new staff.
