Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Receptionist located in Ambala. The Hotel Receptionist will be responsible for performing receptionist duties, handling reservations, maintaining phone etiquette, and ensuring excellent communication with guests. Daily tasks include greeting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, answering phone calls, and addressing guest inquiries and concerns to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.
