As a Hotel Receptionist at Sri Kamadhenu Residency in Gandhipuram, Coimbatore, you will play a crucial role as the first point of contact for guests during the night shift. Your responsibilities will include managing front office operations, handling guest check-ins and check-outs, reservations, inquiries, and ensuring high service standards are maintained. - Greet and welcome guests professionally and in a friendly manner. - Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. - Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately. - Respond to phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly. - Provide information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and services. - Maintain guest records meticulously and ensure precise billing. - Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to address guest needs. - Address guest complaints promptly and professionally. - Keep the front desk area clean and organized. Qualifications & Skills: - Degree in Hotel Management is mandatory. - Freshers are welcome to apply as training will be provided. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. - Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and reservation software, is preferred. - Ability to work independently during night shifts. - Positive attitude and a customer-oriented approach are required.
