Role & responsibilities: Supervise all departments such as front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services. Ensure smooth day-to-day hotel operations and quick resolution of any service or operational issues. Schedule staff shifts and ensure proper staffing levels. Conduct performance evaluations and implement development programs. Ensure high standards of customer service across all touchpoints. Handle escalated guest complaints and resolve issues promptly. Monitor online reviews and guest feedback for service improvement. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, licensing laws, and hotel standards. Maintain high-quality operational procedures and cleanliness standards Outline the day-to-day responsibilities for this role.
