Financial management: Create and manage budgets, set room rates, monitor expenses, and forecast revenue. Maintain financial records and reports. Guest relations: Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by resolving issues, handling complaints, and making sure hotel services and amenities are up to standard. Operations management: Oversee all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services. Ensure the property is clean, safe, and well-maintained. Marketing and promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract guests and maximize occupancy rates.
