Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Hotel Management Faculty to join our team. The ideal candidate will have significant industry and academic experience and will be responsible for delivering both theoretical instruction and practical training across core hospitality disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach undergraduate/diploma-level courses in hotel management, including subjects such as Food Production, Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B Service.
• Conduct both classroom lectures and practical sessions with hands-on demonstrations.
• Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, and lab manuals as per curriculum standards.
• Guide and mentor students in academic and career development.
• Plan and supervise student practicals, industrial training, and field visits.
• Assist in departmental activities including syllabus review, accreditation, and curriculum enhancement.
• Participate in seminars, workshops, and college events to promote the program.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality Administration.
• Minimum 5+ years of teaching and/or industry experience in hospitality.
• Strong subject matter expertise in both theoretical and operational aspects.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates residing in or near Kottayam are preferred.
• Willingness to engage students through hands-on learning and interactive teaching methods.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in modern teaching tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with academic and practical evaluation standards.
• Ability to coordinate student internships and industrial training programs.
• Basic computer skills for handling documentation and presentations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
