hotel management faculty

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Hotel Management Faculty member to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for teaching, training, mentoring, and guiding students in various aspects of hotel and hospitality management.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and practical training sessions in Hotel Management subjects (Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Culinary Arts, etc.).
• Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and assignments as per the curriculum.
• Guide students in internships, projects, and industry exposure programs.
• Conduct evaluations, examinations, and maintain academic records.
• Mentor students on career development and industry readiness.
• Collaborate with other faculty members to continuously improve teaching methods and curriculum.
• Maintain strong industry connections to facilitate guest lectures and placement opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
• Minimum 1–3years of teaching or relevant industry experience in reputed hotels/resorts.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Familiarity with modern teaching methods and digital tools.

Preferred

• UGC/AICTE recognized qualifications.
• Prior teaching experience in reputed hotel management institutes/universities.
