Job Description

  • Guest Experience:Greet and welcome guests according to company standards, acknowledge their needs, and ensure their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.
  • Front Desk Management:Handle incoming calls, greet guests, manage the reservation system, and maintain guest records.
  • Dining Area Coordination:Inform guests of table availability, direct them to their tables, inspect dining areas for cleanliness and order, and ensure dining room supplies are adequate.
  • Customer Service:Answer guest questions, assist with issues or complaints, and escalate to management when necessary.
  • Staff Collaboration:Work with other restaurant staff to ensure seamless service and timely resolution of guest concerns.
  • Promotional Activities:Promote restaurant services and amenities, and identify opportunities for upselling.
  • Compliance:Adhere to restaurant security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
