Your Mission

You will lead all online marketing and booking operations — ensuring our rooms, retreats, and experiences are consistently visible, bookable, and sold at optimal rates. You will connect Ezee, OTAs, and B2B platforms like Agoda YCS and Booking.com, and drive more *direct bookings* through campaigns and brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all listings on *Ezee, YCS (Agoda), Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, GoMMT*, etc.

Handle *rate mapping, channel sync, and promotions* across all platforms.

Increase *direct bookings* through the website and social media campaigns.

Plan and run *Google Hotel Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads*, and remarketing campaigns.

Create and post *high-quality content* (photos, reels, guest stories) from the resort.

Coordinate with the front desk to manage *inventory, walk-ins, and cancellations* in real-time.

Respond to guest reviews on *TripAdvisor, Google, and OTA platforms*.

Generate monthly reports on *occupancy, ADR, and revenue performance*.

Skills & Tools

Proficiency in *Ezee Absolute / Centrix*, *YCS*, *Booking.com Extranet*

Understanding of *SEO, SEM, Google Business, and analytics dashboards*

Strong written and visual communication skills

Comfortable with *Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools*

Video & photo editing familiarity (optional, but valued)

Competitive salary + performance-based bonuses

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
