Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hot Rolling Equipment Assembly Expert - Assembly Shop Supervisor, located in Ahmedabad - Gujarat, India. The Assembly Shop Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the assembly of hot rolling equipment, managing production planning and quality control processes, and ensuring adherence to manufacturing standards. The role involves supervising a team, providing training and support to team members, and coordinating activities to meet production targets while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and Training experience
• Quality Control and Production Planning skills
• Strong Manufacturing knowledge and expertise
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proven ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Experience in the metals industry is a plus
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 10 years of experience or BE Mechanical with 5 years of experience.
