Hosting Expert

NIIT is currently seeking a Hosting Expert to join their team. As a Hosting Expert, you will be the primary point of contact for coordinating Virtual Training Sessions with facilitators and faculty for a specific virtual training program or invigilation sessions. Your responsibilities will include managing the hosting and scheduling arrangements for the delivery of virtual training programs, events, workshops, and invigilation sessions, while providing comprehensive technical support. This role requires the ability to handle multiple tasks and detailed activities within a fast-paced work environment. Your key responsibilities will include: - Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the training sessions and completion of all pre-work activities. - Providing assistance and support during virtual training events. - Maintaining attendance lists for various programs. - Ensuring that virtual training event activities adhere to the Event Readiness Process/System. - Communicating effectively with instructors and faculty through written and verbal correspondence. - Coordinating and scheduling instructors" dates and timing in alignment with training and workshop calendars. - Monitoring the completion of training activities such as pre-work and certificate issuance. - Updating various platforms like Wiki, SharePoint, Global Website, MS Teams Workspace, or client-specific sites. - Keeping track of attendance records, feedback sheets, certificate issuance, etc. - Generating reports from designated tools and updating the employee database as per the established process. This position requires a commitment to an 18-month bond with the organization.
