Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area and adhering to health and safety regulations. To excel in this position, the ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, effective communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset. Prior experience in customer service and proficiency in phone etiquette are essential. Knowledge of reservations management, organizational prowess, and attention to detail are key attributes we are looking for. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and previous exposure to the hospitality sector would be advantageous. Fluency in multiple languages will be considered a plus.
