Mandi king, Kazhakuttam is a bustling, family-owned arabic style restaurant known for its special mandi dishes We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Server/Waitress to join our energetic team and help us deliver exceptional dining experiences. ​Key Responsibilities: ​The Waitress/Server will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for creating a welcoming environment and ensuring all guests have a positive and memorable dining experience. Duties include: ​ Guest Service: Warmly greet and seat customers, present menus, and answer questions regarding food, beverages, and specials. ​ Order Accuracy: Accurately take food and drink orders, input them into the POS system, and communicate any special requests or dietary needs to the kitchen staff. ​ Menu Expertise: Maintain a thorough knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and daily specials to make recommendations and up-sell when appropriate. ​ Food & Beverage Delivery: Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring proper presentation and temperature. ​Table Maintenance: Monitor tables, anticipate guest needs, refill drinks, pre-bus tables, and promptly clear plates and silverware after meals. ​Payment Processing: Present checks, process payments (cash and credit card), and handle transactions accurately. ​Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and properly set dining area and server station throughout the shift. ​Teamwork: Cooperate with kitchen staff, hosts, bussers, and other servers to ensure smooth service flow, especially during peak hours. ​Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all sanitation, safety, ​ Requirements & Qualifications ​Experience: atleast 1 year experience as a Waitress, Waiter, or Server in a high-volume restaurant setting is preferred. ​Customer Focus: Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine commitment to providing excellent customer service. ​Communication: Strong verbal communication skills to interact clearly with guests and team members. ​ Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and carry heavy trays for extended periods. ​Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and able to perform well in a fast-paced, high-stress environment. ​Availability: Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. ​ Perks & Benefits ​ Tips, Employee discounts, Accomodation and food provided Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Leave encashment Work Location: In person
