Hostess

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hostess at Milagro Mumbai, located in South Mumbai. The Hostess will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, the Hostess will assist in managing guest inquiries, answering phone calls, and maintaining the overall flow of the dining area to ensure a smooth experience for all patrons.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal skills and excellent customer service abilities

Proficiency in handling reservations and managing guest seating efficiently

Clear and professional communication and phone etiquettes

Experience in a hospitality or similar customer-facing role is preferred

Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure

Organizational and multitasking skills

Fluency in English.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
