Heartfulness International School [HET]

Job Title: Hostel Warden

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day hostel operations to ensure a safe, clean, and disciplined environment for students.
Supervise students’ daily routines including mandatory study hours, meals, rest, and recreation.
Support and monitor study hours by ensuring attendance, silence, and a focused learning atmosphere.
Guide and mentor students in discipline, habits, emotional well-being, and academic responsibility.
Coordinate with school teachers and management on student behavior, study progress, and concerns.
Communicate with parents when required, regarding student well-being.
Ensure safety and security within hostel premises and handle emergencies calmly.
Oversee hostel facilities such as room allocation, cleanliness, maintenance coordination, and basic inventory.
Work closely with housekeeping, kitchen, security, and admin teams for smooth operations.

Eligibility & Requirements:

Fresher teachers are welcome to apply.
Good communication skills in English and one local language.
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Education / Social Work / Counseling or related field).
Ability to connect with, guide, and manage students effectively.
Willingness to follow structured routines and hostel discipline.
Basic understanding of school environment; CBSE exposure is an added advantage.
First-aid knowledge is a plus.
Willingness to reside on campus and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
