Position: Hostel Warden - Boys

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hostel Warden for our Boys' Hostel. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in hostel management or a similar role. The Warden will be responsible for the overall supervision, administration, and welfare of the students residing in the hostel.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Student Welfare and Supervision:

• Ensure the safety and security of all students in the hostel.
• Monitor student behavior and maintain discipline.
• Address and resolve any issues or conflicts among students.
• Be available to students for guidance and support.

2. Administration and Management:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hostel.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, leave, and other relevant information.
• Implement hostel rules and regulations and ensure adherence.
• Conduct regular inspections of hostel premises to ensure cleanliness and maintenance.

3. Coordination with Other Staff:

• Collaborate with academic and administrative staff to support student well-being.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff to ensure smooth functioning of the hostel.

4. Health and Safety:

• Ensure that health and safety standards are met in the hostel.
• Arrange for medical care and emergency services when required.
• Conduct regular fire drills and emergency response training.

5. Parental Engagement:

• Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and any issues that arise.
• Address parental concerns and provide regular updates.

6. Activities and Engagement:

• Organize recreational and extracurricular activities for students.
• Encourage a healthy and active lifestyle among students.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Hostel Warden or in a similar role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
