Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hostel Warden located in Bilaspur. The Hostel Warden will be responsible for overseeing daily hostel operations, ensuring student safety, maintaining discipline, and addressing student issues. Key tasks include monitoring hostel facilities, managing hostel staff, conducting regular inspections, and facilitating a secure and supportive living environment for students.

Qualifications

• Experience in facility management and student welfare
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and conflict resolution abilities
• Leadership and team management experience
• Ability to handle emergencies and enforce discipline
• Knowledge of safety and security protocols
• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
• Experience in an educational or hostel environment is advantageous
