Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hostel Warden to manage our hostel facility. The ideal candidate will have 3-13 years of experience and will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the facility.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the hostel, including maintenance and upkeep, security, and resident services
Maintain a safe and secure environment for all residents, and implement safety protocols as needed
Monitor resident behavior and ensure adherence to hostel rules and regulations
Address resident complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner
Coordinate with other staff members and outside vendors to ensure the smooth operation of the hostel
Maintain accurate records of resident information, incidents, and other relevant data
Perform other duties as assigned by management

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
3-13 years of experience in hostel or other related facility management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of safety and security protocols
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
Fluent in English and Hindi
Ability to work flexible hours and be on-call as needed
