1. Administrative Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day management of the hostel. Maintain hostel records, such as attendance, admission, fees, and complaints. Ensure proper allocation of rooms to residents. Supervise the cleaning, maintenance, and hygiene of hostel premises. Coordinate with the college administration or management for necessary approvals and resources. Maintain inventory of hostel assets (furniture, equipment, etc.). 2. Safety and Security Ensure safety and security protocols are strictly followed. Maintain a register of visitors and check-in/check-out logs. Ensure timely locking and unlocking of hostel gates. Supervise security personnel and conduct random inspections. Handle emergency situations (medical, fire, or disciplinary) and report them to higher authorities. 2.
