Role Summary:

S-VYASA University, RR Nagar campus, is seeking a dedicated and disciplined Hostel Warden to oversee hostel administration, student welfare, and discipline. The ideal candidate will be with strong leadership qualities and the ability to maintain a safe, secure, and well-organized hostel environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the overall management and administration of the hostel.
• Maintain discipline, safety, and cleanliness within the hostel premises.
• Monitor student entry, exit, and attendance regularly.
• Ensure strict compliance with hostel and university policies.
• Address student issues and grievances promptly and effectively.
• Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, and security teams.
• Handle emergencies, health issues, and crisis situations with calm and responsibility.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas.
• Maintain daily records, visitor logs, and incident reports.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 1-3+ years of supervisory, administrative, or hostel management experience.
• Strong leadership, discipline, and communication skills.
• Physically fit, alert, and capable of handling residential responsibilities.
• Must be willing to stay on campus for effective hostel supervision.

Qualification:

• Minimum: 10+2 .
• Experience in administration, security, or facility management is an added advantage.

Compensation:

Accommodation: On-campus accommodation will be provided (mandatory for residential wardens).
