Hospitality Training Executive

Role Overview: You will be responsible for identifying skill gaps within the hotel or resort staff through training needs assessments. You will design and develop effective training programs, including workshops, presentations, and online resources tailored to specific departmental needs. Additionally, you will facilitate in-person and online training sessions for employees at all levels, ensuring content is engaging and informative. Qualifications Required: - Experience in conducting training needs assessments and developing training programs. - Strong presentation and facilitation skills for in-person and online training sessions. - Excellent organizational skills for content management and budget management. - Ability to collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts. - Knowledge of the latest hospitality trends, standards, and best practices.
