Key Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and efficient restaurant and room service to guests.
• Take and deliver food & beverage orders accurately and promptly.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in dining areas and rooms.
• Assist guests with queries and provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and housekeeping teams for smooth service.
• Handle billing and service records as required.
• Uphold company policies, grooming standards, and hospitality values.

Requirements

• Experience: 0–2 years in hospitality, restaurant, or customer service (freshers welcome).
• Languages: English (mandatory). Knowledge of Hindi/Kannada is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
