Hospitality Operations Associate (Location: Rishikesh)

We’re looking for someone who understands what hospitality truly means — the kind of person who treats everyone with respect, listens with patience, and finds joy in making things better for guests and partners alike.

This is not a desk job. It’s an on-ground role where you’ll work closely with founders, hotel owners, and teams that shape the hospitality ecosystem in Rishikesh. You’ll learn the pulse of operations, the rhythm of guest experiences, and the craft of managing both people and systems.

We’ll hand-hold you whenever you’re stuck — you’ll always have a lifeline.

Your Work Will Touch Many Things

1. Helping properties come alive online — updating photos, listings, and details across OTAs.
2. Onboarding new hotels and homestays onto our platform.
3. Building relationships with local travel agents, yoga schools, and retreat organizers to generate offline demand.
4. Being the bridge between the product team and the ground reality — helping tech work for hospitality.

Who You Are

1. Humble, curious, and dependable.
2. Comfortable using basic tech tools (Google Sheets, OTA dashboards, etc.).
3. Communicates well — both with guests and teams.
4. Eager to learn and grow in hospitality.
